Unfortunately I can’t recommend this store to you. Here are some reasons that made my experience very sad:

1. Unprofessional service - 3 consultants who are playing online phone games and have no time for customers. One employee screaming across the whole store to the other one that “the match has began” .

2. They made us to buy a lot of things that we don’t need (unfortunately we found out that later). Suggested to buy 2 more fish (even though we explained that we already have a fish which is “aggressive” and they usually live alone. So now we have 2 fish that we can’t put in the fish tank that we already have.
Also we got completely wrong explanation for the water conditioner and stabilizer, and we found out that we don’t need them at all. They completely ignored what we told them about our water quality and gave us chemicals that are simply useless for us and can kill our fish.

3. The store doesn’t have prices AT ALL. That’s why staff gave us the prices just out of blue.

First the price of fish was 25 or 30, then it came to 35.

For the water conditioner and stabilizer same: told us 19, on the cashiers it became 29.

Betta fish average cost across Dubai is 35-50 aed, however at this store it costs 100, and again no price tags.
Also the cashier don’t give the receipt so God knows what you’re paying for.

I would rather suggest you to go to the PET SHOP nearby, better service, reasonable prices and the knowledge of the consultants is way higher. (The fish that at Think Fish cost 35 aed, in Pet Shop it’s 15 aed.)

My fav spot for 3.5 years I go there to buy fish and now take my kids to see them!
Bought a jeuwl fish tank and fish! Healthy best fishes sold there. I drive from Abu Dhabi to dubai if I needed any fish or fish items. Now would like a customized waterfall fish tank and they make everything happen in 1 week time! And budget friendly as well! One of a kind (they also have plants for the fish) aside from salt water and fresh water fish!

Nice shop and very helpful staff. Nice selection of corals. They were a bit low on fish and none were priced but that was all in hand. Good selection of dried goods. There was a lot of BiOrb gear, eheim, red sea. There was an amazing coral insert that they were working on, getting ready for a customers tank. By far the best fish shop that I visited while in Dubai. Next time I am in the country I will pop back for another look.

Great place and great staff. I think it’s the largest aquarium shop that sells corals and marine fish by size in Dubai. The owner as well who I got to meet and have a conversation with is super knowledgeable and friendly and did help me a lot with my coral selection.

It is my first time visit.. The price is cheaper than in Abu Dhabi shop for the salt, coral is a bit expensive especially SPS, variety of fishes are okay.. the most I like is welcoming and helpful staff

I went there along with my family to buy some fishes but I was very disappointed that no one even came to us asking what we want we waited for some time and walked out of the store
They should first learn how to cater the clients

I went to buy some filter supplies, and was advised to buy alternative products, at a far cheaper price.
