Best cakes in Dubai. The fruit cake is the best I have ever had. Excellent staff and team who always make sure to deliver the best. My go to place for all special occasions.

Their signature fruit cake is a must in most of our special occasions! They are extra professional when it comes to dealing with customers and they have patience with any extra requests you might make. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service through whatsapp even when i make orders online I highly appreciate it ???? Note: the price of the fruit cake is less if you pre order one day in advance!

I ordered a cake for my sister’s engagement and sent in the sample photo to mimic (without flowers or cake topper). The actual cake delivered is as attached.

I’m disappointed with their work and expected much better. The cake looks too rigid compared to the sample picture, which flows better with the wavy cream design, as well as the off-white versus white cream. The top part of the top layer is also badly finished.

When I messaged them about it, they just said “thank you”.

The best fruit cake in Dubai, however they need to improve their staff training to serve the customers, they are very very slow

They used to be better, better in quality, customer service, taste and responses. I mean handing a melted sugar paper message to customer and convincing them
That “it’s ok” it’s never a good way in handling orders! Such a thing won’t be tolerated by the kitchen and be replaced on spot when this thing happen. Adding on that, it require 45 minutes to draft another message and put it on the cake ?! Oh and guess what ? My order wasn’t registered in the system yet it’s fully paid and confirmed by WhatsApp ? Creation needs to step up their game. Cakes are poorly made cmon

Today I ordered a 1 kg blackforest cake and it was extremely bitter and absolutely not fresh.im never going to order again.im extremely disappointed. I have been a fan of this flavour since the cake shop was called latitude. The bakery has really downgraded the quality and the taste of the cake.
