Have shared my opinions with management so am happy sharing here as well. In theory could be amazing, but when the only priority is money, you can never build an effective club. They like to price themselves like Four Seasons but the service is nowhere near as good. Totally understaffed, and staff that are there are poorly trained (clearly not their fault). The only thing it has going for itself is the beach - but even those facilities are dwindling (eg replacing most front line sunbeds with cabanas to charge people even more..). New management have doubled membership rates - good luck to them attracting the right kind of custom. For the prices asked, Mandarin or Four Seasons a much better bet. If you plan to come a few times a month- better to just get a hotel room.

Definitely not what it used to be. Not worth any of the exorbitant membership fee they charge. They treat members like as if they are doing you a favor, and the benefits keep decreasing by the week. Wont even give beach passes anymore to the main hotel facilities with membership nor allow you to pay to bring in guests! Absolutely ridiculous and they need to bring in new management as whatever they are currently doing is diluting and destroying the Jumeirah HOSPITALITY brand. Or better yet just remove Hospitality from your name as it has become so miserly. Even the annual member party and Christmas member celebration has become very downscale and poor. For our family we pay close to 90k a year and come twice a month on average. We had always chosen Jumeirah for luxury and hospitality. Unfortunately even if you look hard, you will not find much of it there anymore. They cut every corner with their members that they can now and pinch pennies wherever possible. You may as well chose membership in a more affordable place that will not restrict your usage of the facilities and will allow you to actually pay to invite guests, plus the facilities now across all hotels are more or less the same - Jumeirah is no longer considered more luxurious than the rest.

One of the best gyms in dubai. Great equipment. Amazing views, 3 pools and one of the best beaches in Dubai

Lovely place to spend time with the family. Nice swimming pools and the beach. I will visit again.

I booked a squash court today on the phone and my details were on the desk of the employee (chauncey) however, when we showed up with at the “manager” (bel) said she has no idea who booked us and it is not allowed since we are not actives members, if the policy is really in place we would not have been able to be booked by their own employee to begin with! the manager clearly does not know how to carry out her job nor is she hospitality material, she denied i was booked at first and then tried to investigate who booked me and called someone and rambles in Tagalog, (so unprofessional) for all I know she could have told him to cross the name out as I saw my name and phone crossed out at the desk of the other employee in the other desk! I have been to this club for over a year and a half booking courts, had weekly private lessons, a league on weekly basis games. When I told her I saw it on his desk and brought her employee she said thank you! Of course, no apology and admitting their fault and their lack of common training to learning “policies”
