Very congested spaces but located near land department. Handy during rush hours. AED 10 per hour.

A really great city pub. We went for lunch on a Wednesday. The pub was nice and busy, and warm on a cold day. The menu here is very reasonably priced, and the food is excellent - I wished that I'd had the ham, egg and chips which looked delicious. Great selection of well kept ale and friendly staff who checked that the food was ok and said goodbye as we left. We'll certainly go back. Well done.

Love the place. Original old bar with all the features. Roaring fireplace when it cold. Great selection of beers/ales on tap.
Food was superb at the time, not sure kitchen is still functional. No Sunday roasts.

Great pub, more traditional feel to it, prices are ok, friendly staff, the place can be a bit quiet at times but good if you want a chat over a pint. Not quite as busy as pre pandemic days but one of the only few decent pubs left in the city.

Very Good Pub to have your daily break with few drinks. Nice enviroment with darts and pool games few minutes from the city center. Also shows live sports

Apologiues for originaly posting wrong review went to loads of places in Norfolk over two weeks.
Was stopping in local hotel.
Visited twice the same day 3 people the first time .First quick pint was OK. Later that evening visited with 3 friends the barman didn't recognise any of us the pub was v quite , The Barman was Stocious ,taking each pint order one by one and aggressively telling each of us to stand aside. After several attempts went to get order from cellar a couple of step down evey time he went to cellar he fell on steps. On return with drinks they were being spilt .Two beers were compleatly flat ,the 3rd was cloudy, my friend didn't drink it and we were reluctant to complain.
The place also smellt not sure it was drainage or off beer.
There were a couple of other guys visiting who couldn't stop laughing about the situation lucky for them they were drinking larger as were the couple of locals at bar.
I hope this was a one off everyone has bad days but in my 65 years I've never seen anything like this.If its not a one off please get some help. Lovely old building inside which is why we popped back in hope of a good pint.

Really original olde world pub, good choice of food prices are excellent.
Good place to meet up with friends.

Lovely pub on outskirts of city centre. Real ale and lagers by the plenty. Friendly atmosphere with plesent staff.

Just perfect! Lovely warm friendly pub with open fire downstairs. The menu is simple and hearty. Great at the end of a busy day shopping. There is also a free for hire function room upstairs, which is where we sat for our dinner, listening to the muted chatter downstairs. Highly recommended. Friendly staff.
