I would like to specific my true appreciation to the inn staff for their extraordinary neighborliness and polished skill! From the steady grin on the faces of the staff to provoke help in all things - everything was fair awesome! The impression was cleared out by the cozy rooms, cleanliness and consolation. It was an exceptional involvement and I will certainly suggest this inn to my companions and colleagues! Thank you for the fabulous benefit and extraordinary time went through here!

I have stayed in a fairly large number of IHG hotels and chose the Dubai Marina as it was near the areas we wanted to visit. Staff are amazing and service was excellent in all areas. The rooms were so clean and fresh and enjoyed the pool as well, albeit the heat was immense. The hotel is one to be recommended and the restaurants onsite as well as the Lounge are well worth going to. Look forward to returning soon!

The location was great for me - nicely positioned between the city/airport and DIP1. The views of the Marina were lovely and the access to the Marina Mall next door was great. I didn't get chance to visit Pier 7 but this is just opposite and is supposed to be a great dining experience.
I stayed half board and the service was very good, and the food was also very good. The lack of variety on the menu let it down as it was the same for lunch and dinner, and never changed in the 6 nights that I was there.
The room was pleasant - the bed was extremely comfortable.
The best part about this hotel is the staff - they work very hard and are extremely friendly whilst maintaining a good level of professionalism. Special mention to Janat and Ibrahim in the restaurant, and Edward the duty manager.

I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel was great. It is located right beside the Marina Mall and is located in the Marina. We came at the end of June 2023 and it was already getting very hot, but if you get out before 9 am you can go for a walk in the Marina. There is a grocery store close by that has dates for a good deal if you want to bring them back with you. The service was great and everyone is very polite. The rooms are very clean. We got the Marina View premium room and it was worth it, because the view was great. We got breakfast and dinner or lunch included and the for is very good. There is a large selection of food for breakfast and lunch or dinner are ordered from the Half-Board menu and it is a three course meal. The food was excellent. I would definitely come back.

Clean and nice hotel, great location and excellent service. Food at Charm Thai restaurant was out of the world - very authentic Thai food. Lo-Cale restaurant had a decent selection for breakfast. Afruza at the restaurant was fry courteous and service centric. The team at the day’s special section are doing a brilliant job. The room service team are amazing and very thorough. Very happy with my stay.

This hotel has pleasantly surprised me and as a result I will now focus on my IHG Rewards again as the value for money is much better than a lot of the competition. I travel a lot and probably spend 75-100 nights a year in a hotel and this place is really everything one could ask for! The service is good, the breakfast is amazing, the location is great and the rooms are clean and fully equipped! I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Had an adversely poor customer experience with the front office staff. Ekaterina displayed lack of absolutely empathy when I requested a valet parking as I had a meeting over coffee in this hotel on 1st Aug'23. I had to spend more than double on absolutely unnecessary dessert as Ekaterina refused to make an exception (this inspite of me being a IHG rewards member). Wish the staff were trained on the larger picture and customer experience.
