Probably the most decent business lunch restaurant here during major events at the Dubai World Trade Centre. But the quality has dropped over the years, to the more it no longer matches the prices they charge.

The food was hardly warm when served, the mains were served when we were not done with appetisers yet and there was clearly no space for it to be placed on our small table for 4. Then when it was finally served after we were done with mains, it was no longer hot. They also seem lacking in staff.

Where to start. Went there for lunch while attending an exhibition, while the restaurant was busy, there were more than enough staff to handle the volume of customers. Overall, very poor and slow service and the food was mediocre.

The staff also claimed that the Entertainer discount does not apply during exhibitions (which isn’t true). Upon insisting, they accepted it eventually. When I trued to complain to the manager about this, she literally shrugged her shoulders and walked away.

We were her last week for a staycation at Novotel World Trade Centre and for lunch we walked into Cubo which is located inside world trade centre , ibis hotel .

An Italian restaurant for starters we had their fried calamari and for mains my daughter asked chef to make a spicy pasta and she loved it .

We went in for chef’s recommendation Parmesan crusted chicken and pasta , it was soo good . Tasted really good . And my husband orders grilled steak . Perfectly cooked steak .

Personally I felt desserts were not up-to the Italian mark, the Tiramisu was little dry and the Pannacotta cream had an after taste . Their strawberry ice cream and cream brûlée were good .

Service is little slow , as they cook once order is placed so expect that little delay .

We would definitely come back for the Pollo Parmigiana

Very poor quality of food.
We had a lunch here: spaghetti carbonara - pasta was overcooked and sauce was nothing near to carbonara.
Pizza was also was not good, like it was cooked by someone who don’t care.
Staff was very slow to bring the bill, 15 minutes waiting for a bill, place was not busy.

Food is average. Not very bad, nothing special. Extremely bad service. We had to wait 20 minutes until someone took the order. I ordered a drink, when the food came, I reminded them 3 times, still took 25 minutes. We asked 2 times for check, no one came in 30 minutes. Then paid at counter, others followed us. Waiters didn't pay attention at all. The didn't take away any glasses or plates. All remained at the table until we left. Quick dinner turned out to be 2 hours, because of the unnecessary waiting. With just two sodas and not a great time.

Very bad service, I had to ask for the bill 4 times and ask to be attended another 3 times. The place is super busy because of its location but they have to improve big time. I wonder if they are reading these comments…

Restaurant from Ibis Hotel which also shares with the World Trade Center.

Looked decent and busy from the outside and decided to have lunch.

Was busy because the staff can’t handle the influx of customers coming from a trade show when it wasn’t even a full house.

Waited for more than 15 minutes, when I asked for the waiter to take our order.
Italian food menu, and generally mediocre.
After being done with the meal and having paid the bill, another waiter comes and asks if we ordered yet.

Overall, the staff are mind blown when they’re busy running around.

Better to find another option to eat than eat here.

Went to library today,first time in 20years!! Staff fab,really helpful,joined to enable to get printing cheaper,what a wonderful facility.1 hour free use of internet ,Black & white printing 20 p per page colour 40p such good value.
Lovely library lots going on ,very busy ,story time on at lunchtime ,buddies helping with IT skills ,a real community hub .
Great place to visit young or old.

Lovely library. Tricky to find from the car park Google Maps takes you to. The car park is actually directly behind the building but there are no signs to indicate the library is there. If you walk through the small passageway you'll come directly to the library entrance.

Extremely helpful, jolly and polite staff, this is a lovely library and we all as a family enjoyed the activities held by the staff at Knutsford Library.
