I visited the store last week and was looking for a pair of shoe which my friend had bought earlier but was not available in the store ,the sales lady checked for me in their other branches and was delivered within 2 days. Was suprised when they called because i thought they would not call back since the shop was so busy when i visited. When i went to pick up the item i found they had more new collection and ended up buying 2 more pairs.
I recommend cuple especially DFC branch nice collection and excellent customer service.

Negative Attitude of the salesperson. I came in with my 2 year old to exchange her shoes. My Daughter was looking a shoe she liked and put it back but not straight. The sales guy is leaning over her to straighten the shoe and started hovering around her. I didn't know I had come to an antique store. When I tried to exchange her shoes I was told it's already been exchanged once. If I'm exchanging it within your exchange period it shouldn't matter. He said he couldn't do anything about it. It's not what he said, its the way he said it. I shop at luxury brands but I've never had this kind of attitude from them.
I would never come back to your store!

We found nice shoes with a price tag of 135 dhs and decided to buy them. At the checkout, it turned out that the price was for *one shoe* only. We did not buy the shoes for 270 dhs but instead left wondering how big a market there is for one-legged customers who only buy a right or left shoe. Perhaps the next move is to sell shoes by the gram. Interestingly, the same shoes online are 135 dhs for the *pair*. So it seems the saleswoman tried to pull a scam.

I like this brand, value for money and awesome designs, the reason why I am giving this store a 1 star is because of customer service, there were 2 workers in the store a lady and a man, the lady was busy chit chatting with a girl of her nationality and the man simply not interested to work there, he wasn't answering any questions I asked, I asked for size he said not available without checking, he was so not welcoming I hated the fact I had to deal with him. I wanted to buy 5 pairs but just bought 1 only because of him, I will probably go to the outlet mall instead. On top of it whilst billing, he asked for my name and number I spelled my name he purposely misspelled my name I told him it's incorrect he didn't bother to correct it, he was arrogant and so unwelcoming should not be the face of the store. Embarrassed
