Part of the vast Festival City mall KIABI is a great place for apparels shopping of all ages at a budget price. Excellent variety and and choice. Arranged in age wise order from babies to adults. Infact the choice is so vast that one gets over whelmed. Huge space and very good and helpful staff who show you the right location for what you need. Ample trial rooms . Part of Festival City so you have more choices. Worth a visit.

They have the worst, non-existent and unresponsive customer support I have ever seen. I got myself a pair of joggers in March 2022 and around May-June after just 1 single wash I noticed that the linings around the zips started pealing, also the nada started unravelling. I have emailed, sent requests on Instagram, Facebook and nobody is getting back to me and neither is there a number I can call. Really bad quality, see the attached image.

Very affordable brand..Like it,quality is very good according to there prices.. Dresses are good n having so much variety.. They have almost every kind of clothing for kids, men n ladies..i like it..must visit place

Worse shop, worse customer service, in festival city branch many shoes without price, one shoes was 50 dhs just before one week, today I was in the shop and they have removed all the prices, I have asked the lady working their about the price and she says 50 dhs, I take it and at the cashier they told my the price is 70 dhs?? The are changing the prices before Ramadan??
