Staff are excellent but the Air Conditioning is under capacity! Place gets very humid. Owner needs to invest in some portable Air Conditioner units, Fans are not good enough.

Great Cuts. Great Service by Munna Khan. He knows his job & understood exactly what I wanted. Not the greatest decor, but does the job for the price and its hygienic enough.

Worst place ever,never recommended to anyone. The guy who trim my hair was so ammateur and he dont know to play with scissors and machine.Literally waste of money

I had the worst experience with this salon. It was a very dirty place. Staff did not know how to do it. My daughter's toenails bled while the lady was doing pedicure for her.
Unbelievable rude staff and unprofessional
I can't believe there is such this places in Dubai.

The care and support received from this GP practice is far greater than any other I’ve ever received. The staff on reception are anlways incredibly helpful, accommodating and very understanding. The medical professionals are thorough, supportive & understanding also. I’ve never had a problem since being registered with getting an appt.

Another day in Paradise.
Can I ask you a question?
Why do we need you, if you don't provide help, get a doctor over the phone, you just can't get a sick leave, but we have problems at work. How should we prove our absence?
We filled out an application for a sick sheet, you have our medical history, the person is in agony from pain.
Your answer - if the situation is critical, call 111, go to the hospital or stay at home for 7 days. You are not even offering any medicine.

I've been with this surgery for over 5 years. And though I've heard many complaints from others, I can honestly say they have been amazingly helpful - with referrals, appointments and even with long queries on a Friday afternoon when I'm sure they just want to go home lol. Both administrative and clinical staff (only 1 doctor is somewhat abrupt...anyone with the surgery knows who...but she knows what's what even if not popular...though this could do with being addressed as so many people have complained - the other doctors are very pleasant).

Waited 40 mins for phone to be answered. Polite, helpful receptionist and offered 7 day appointment, which suited complaint.

So sick if being fobbed off by this surgery. Iv been fobbed off for heart pain and bleeding for 3 weeks. When I mention mental health I even get ignored. Not many of them care or try and help, very obviously too busy, probably understaffed. 80% of the receptionists are rude and don't have empathy which is discussing for a GP reception. 1 of the doctors is also incredibly rude and I know of about 6 people who will not even speak to her anymore. Only half of them know the processes however some will try and make a plan to help you when in need. I'm honestly surprised no one has died due to their incompetence. Another thing is every referral I have had has only been sent after 3 chase's (Sue) is useless. Iv had to explain the entire right to choose process to her as even after sending a signed letter for right to choose it was sent to multiple wrong places. Will be changing surgery's as soon as I can.

Told the receptionist I’ve been struggling with an upset stomach(etc) for a week now which is very serious ir dehydration etc.. and she said there’s no appointments until the new year (2 weeks away) How’s that any help?? Absolute shambles!!!

Absolutely appalling treatment from a locum GP and poorly handled call from the manager of the surgery! He used intimidating language with was rather threatening and having the audacity to say he contacted me out of good faith and how did I get his number, when it clearly states in their complaints procedure to contact him directly on the number it provides. Now moving my entire family from this poorly ran practice
