My first time I was quite impressed, I even sent a friend there. But now, I see they aren't consistent at all. Despite the good customer service, the quality of the work is mediocre. Like other comment mentioned: they allocated me someone who doesn't speak English and that created a language barrier. I had to keep asking for the receptionist to come help translate. Then my nails started chipping the next day!! They offer repair but they said I needed to come for another 1.6 hours to do it all over again. Who has that kind of time?? They did a quicker repair and 3 days later, all the nails are chipping. Waste of time and money. 3 stars only cause of ease of booking and place is clean.

It was a very good experience I can compare with the best salons in Russia ???? Technicians are very polite, professional and careful. All the tools are sterilized, only disposable nail files are used, so you can be sure that it did not touch the skin and nails of another client. I’ve asked for perfect French manicure and I got it! Thank you, girls, you’re amazing ❤️

Best nail salon I've used so far. Nail art is always on point. Their work lasts a good 4 to 5 weeks without chipping. I also noticed their polish maintained the quality and strength of my nails even after back to back manicures.

My bad experience is related to the charges that are not according to what they advertise on their official webpage in the price list. After the service my nail length was 2.2cm and I was charged for extra-long nails, when it is clearly written by them that it applies for nail lengths of over 3cm. Their argument is that the website information is not correct and will be updated, however almost 1 month later it’s still the same. So based on this, how does a client know what they’ll be charged for and how much if the business doesn’t have anywhere the new pricing and description of service. Until now the reply was “manager said so” ????

I went to nails lab branch but Im usually a nails lab premium branch regular customer however at the second branch they are unprofessional and not up to the standards at all!
The technician did not want to do my nails ombre because she said it will take time (noting that i came early to my appointment and they were late for 26 mins!!)
after my booking obviously said ombre appointment
They wasted my time! And i will never step there again!

Today was my first time having my nails done in JLT branch definitely not the last since i finally find the right place to be as hygiene and professional work results,
The receptionist was so kind and helpful,
I really liked to coordination between the receptionist and the technician as i explained what i need to the receptionist on whatsapp, the technician Karina was so patient confident and professional she did what i need exactly.
I love the place and i love my nails ????❤️ thank you and keep progressing ????

The weather rat expérience in my life: girls only speak Russian, they are rude, and were taking out gel extension with their fingers, Beijing the nail matrix. Run away

The New Inn Sports Bar as been refurbished inside and out which looks fantastic as you can see in this new picture of The New Inn. There is a kind warm atmosphere in The New Inn and is very welcoming and friendly. The place makes you feel at home and the staff are very polite and greet you with a welcoming smile..Fresh meals are made everyday from a good old english breakfast to a piping hot pizza. Fantastic value for money and welcome family's too. So if your passing by why not give The New Inn Sports Bar a try.

Fantastic venue with very welcoming and helpful staff.

My only issue was the toilets. The main floor and one of the cubicles were soaking wet and there was no lock on the disabled toilet door.

That being said, I will definitely be back there either to watch another pool match or play one.

My daughter had her 18 birthday party here on Saturday 3rd August and really enjoyed it. We were all made very welcome and Emily was very professional and organised. The staff were friendly and the pub spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend The New Inn for a special birthday party particularly if you want to keep your house clean!!

Really friendly bar staff, lovely clean pub. Free pool and 3 tables. What more could you ask for?

Very clean, very clinical. Didn't strike me as a comfortable pub, more like an eatery, where they want a fast turnover.
I think this is where most pubs are going these days.

The pub has had a full internal revamp which is really good, it has an excellent pool table and stays open late on weekends

First time Iv ever been was yesterday evening and really wat can I say apart from its a lovely place staff was really friendly and made u feel at home unlike some places iv been to n been made to feel so out of place but not at all not even was that case will definitely be coming back back might even become my local
