Lovely growing area in Dubai. Has plenty of installations, cafes and small shops. You can tell that it is growing in popularity for more niche attractions in Dubai. Highly recommend

Very nice area full of places to eat or have a drink. I love it! It reminds me a little bit to Kings Cross area in London.

The place is so good. It has many restaurants and cafes. It is worth visiting. You can take a walk after a meal around the buildings. ???? love it

D3 hosts a number of events throughout the year

For some reason the cafes attract extra large groups of guys

Great place to read and work.
The atmosphere in the morning is great.

The restaurants vary from fine dining to deli style food. There’s a minimart, EmiratesNBD bank, Smart Dubai Police office, coffee shops, prayer rooms, plenty of parking, clothing and apparel shops.

Walking around D3 you’ll notice beautiful sculptures and statues in almost every corner.

The block are is great for running, skating, skateboarding, and also nice for walks along the creek.

Wheelchair accessible they hold open days and events throughout the year the station isn’t maned full time but relies on locals who drop everything and go the station and then out on a shout the minute they’re called I can’t thank the brave men and women of the fire service enough
