Love the place although all the buildings have offices but you can spend a quite and peaceful evening exploring the cafés and restaurants below each building.

It's good but nothing so stunning or must-to-do. You can be there for a walk during a cloudy weather or evening time as most of the areas are open. You can enjoy some creative piece of arts while you take a walk. Huge covered parking space is available which is free for now. You can take a view of Burj Khalifa and do some photography of unique designs around.

Under development place where family can spent a nice evening. Got famous for 3 D artwork . Nice skyline view. Different look and design as name indicates

This is a very cool district, located on Dubai Creek a short distance from Downtown. It is walkable from Downtown in winter, along the canal.
There is plenty of parking and the main area is all pedestrianised offering lots of great eating spots and cool shops.
There is also a nice outdoor park towards the Creek, with activities including basketball and volleyball. The Block - a park, a calming spot on the waterfront with amazing views of Downtown skyline. Beautifully laid out with skatepark, basketball court, table tennis tables, climbing walls, a cafe that allows customers free use of electric scooters.
Art on the walks, interesting spinning stools to sit on, 3D portraits and a magnificent view of the Burj and Dubai’s mesmerising skyline.
Depending on what you are looking for the D3 is lined with many co working spaces, artists warehouse type of retails stores, few bars, restaurants and cafes. There is an interesting sculpture in the entrance which has 2 different faces and the sliced view comprised in a single sculpture. Must Visit ❤️????????
