A bit far from everything for the first view, however having 2 cars per family is absolutely working option, specially considering price

This is a very good place to live in Dubai and everything is available inside this campus where you can live peacefully and there are many activities for children inside this campus.

Es una buena urbanización con casitas unifamiliares, lo que no me satisface es que está en medio del desierto, lejos de absolutamente todo y no hay autobús, ni metro para poder desplazarte. Creo que todas las urbanizaciones de Dubai, dado que suelen estar alejadas y sin transporte público, deberían tener al menos una línea de autobús hasta la parada de metro más cercana para que los ciudadanos se pudieran mover con facilidad.
