I went for lunch offer they has. Chicken “kerabha” something was not that good. The chicken was dry and the rice needed more herbs. I didn’t like the chicken soup I think it needed to mix chicken earlier. However, the service was very good and atmosphere was lovely. I will comeback to try different dishes. And btw they have shishah ????

Delicious delicious delicious delicious meals. Lots of options to pick from and really nice waiters. The services there are pretty affordable plus onscreen entertainment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'd give the staff 5 star. The food I have had in Serena (other branch) was brilliant. This is my first eating at this location. And to sum it up. I eat there, paid, went home and had to look for dinner at home. Mediocre at best. Loved the look and feel of the place but what food was that.

Been there 15+ times and food was consistent every single time. Their hummus is a great pick.

I recently tried their breakfast menu: salmon and eggs - it was delicious.

The waiters are always friendly, resourceful, and helpful.

The reason I keep coming is because I know the food and service will be top notch every time. That’s something you don’t always see nowadays.

The only downside is that sometimes it can get quite cold because they put the AC too high.

After a long time we have visited Nay. Initially I was skeptical about the quality of food as I tend not to trust restaurants that they have pictures in their menus.
As a general review:
Atmosphere: could be a bit better, as it seems quite "cold" and lacks identity. Don't even atempt to go inside the smoking area as your eyes will bleed from the shisha smell.
Service: this is where they actually impressed. The service was exactly the way that I would expect in any restaurant: someone always available, straight to the point, food came on time and when we had an issue with one of the item ordered, they just asked for the reason, apologized, returned to the kitchen (they actually tasted it which is a big plus) and asked us what we would want in exchange. ????????????????????????
Food: everything came out hot and on time, food was seasoned perfectly and everything tasted good. We had an issue with one item (found it quite salty), but that was adressed by the staff immediately.
Overall: we will definitely come back, as we live in the community and it is a nice place to go and have dinner when you don't feel like cooking.

I love having this restaurant in the community. Their food is really good and they make great coffee. We often come here or order for delivery. Definitely a must try if you haven't.

The food we ordered was really tasty. It was affordable compared to such restaurants I have been. I liked the environment, and the staff also were nice and friendly.

Nice place to hang out with family and friends, friendly and peaceful environment unless there is a football match being live telecasted. Been there several times and each time it feels good. U can even stay there for hours and work on your device or just spend some ME time. The staff is also nice and they serve you well. For residents of D2 I would definitely recommend a visit.
