Ordered a white gold ring online. When I went to collect it, it was yellow and white gold. Complained. Was told the ring would be exchanged. They call me back, say the new ring has arrived. I go pick it up and... it is exactly the same ring, still the wrong color. Refused to take it and requested a refund. Am told I need to request the refund online. Why do I need to waste my time over their mistakes? It is a joke. Never again.

I'm honestly very disappointed, I wanted to buy a pair of jewelry as a gift, unfortunately Damas has offers for discount cards holders which really makes them sound cheap, I don't have any of these discount cards, I wanted to become a Damas client for a long time now and when I saw something that I liked they asked me if I have a discount card I'll get even a bigger discount which appalled me and I felt disgusted that I'm not valued as a client and a discount card would make a huge difference in the price instead of offering the same discount to someone genuinely interested in creating a relation.

I can easily bring someone with a discount card and call it a day. but I rather go buy from companies that values me as a client and not asa card holder and so I really recommend people to buy from Pure Gold.

I called damas and the guy on the phone was very rude about me asking to either get the same discount and making me feel like a valued customer instead of me brining someone he said it doesn't matter what I do, company policy will be the same regardless of how loyal a client is.

I'm happy that I didn't buy from them previously and happy that I won't buy in the future.
