Horrible customer service. Didn't pay any attention when we entered or left the store. Didn't even smile when we smiled. Their facial expressions were as uninviting as could be. Maybe we didn't look "rich enough" for their taste. Oh wells. Took our money elsewhere. Never returning here again.

The sales assistant during my purchase deserves every word I will write in this review. Nada is such a cheerful and helpful person. She is willing to show you the whole shop with a genuine smile on her face

When I entered the store they did not even bother showing the customer around or even acknowledge their existence very poor service

A great wide variety of gold and jewellery, what make Damas more unique is the great designs that fits all taste. I like most that they have prices that matches all budgets. I can get a nice gift of few hundreds up to tens of thousands, all in one place. Also staff are well trained to assist you to get best gift when you are confused what to get.

Worst customer service,
False promises, wrong information. If you complain they will say manager also knows about what we did. That means either manager is ignorant or staff is lieng

I loved this branch of Damas specially the customer Service Mark who was very supportive he help me to solve my problem very quickly although before I reach here I was in Damas MOE and the lady there complicate the issue and ask me to call customer service and after I came here Mark help me and finish it by him self , thanks a lot for Mark five stars for professional staff like him

This is the worst jewlery shop in UAE.
Those people want only to steel your moeny. When we bought diamond ring they told us that fixing and mai tenance is free for lifetime
Last week when we took it to fix it they said it will cost 40 Aed because of VAT
When we reached the shop to collect it they said that it wolp coat 90 AED or they wipp not give it back.

Its great way to steal from customers thank you damas

These people are really worse..They are real thieves..They just want to Steal customer’s money..That’s it..
Plz everyone don’t come in contact with them for any business.I have filed the complaint with DED already..
