I was attended by Mr. Ajay.. what a brilliant Assistant Store in charge he is .. very polite, down to earth and most of all, he will never allow his customer to leave the store unhappy or dissatisfied. i am very happy with his service and the product that's available in Yateem. Would highly recommend to visit this store and get attended by Mr. Ajay.

The quality of lenses offered there is shocking. I have been wearing glasses for as long as I can remember and I have never had lenses with such poor coating. I had to replace one of them in less than 3 months with no warranty or discount. My usage is pretty normal and I haven't faced a similar problem before. On the other hand, they have a wide range of glasses, which is good. I'm just disappointed in the quality of the lenses and the lack of a warranty or discount to make up for it.

Plenty of options and brands.
They work with all insurances so at least 50% will paid by your insurance company.
Costumer service is good.

It’s very nice optical shop , i am dealing with them since many years special thanks to Mr. Alaa samir who helped my daughter to select the right and high quality glass!

I asked them I need a new model they got me a display piece from another shop and said it’s new.

Had scratches all over.

I think atleast we can be honest with eachother

By far the best customer-centric optical shop we visited during our 19-year stay in Dubai. Ms. Onielda is very helpful and knowledgeable about what she does.
