During my visit to the restaurant, I had a chicken curry and Parotta, but I was really unimpressed with the quality of the food

I orderd the Danat special mutton biryani and I picked it up from their restaurant. I paid in full and went home. I opened the biryani and the meat was buried underneath the rice. I tried the meat and it turned out to be chicken rather than mutton. I called the restaurant and they asked me what I would like, I told them that I already ate some of the rice and I couldn't return it. I asked them to give me the mutton biryani and thought that it would be compensation for their mistake. They deliver the mutton biryani and in 10mins I get a call from the restaurant and they tell me that I didn't return the chicken biryani. The guy on the line was getting upset at me for a mistake they committed. Eventually, I asked them to collect the biryani and pay me back the balance amount. Customer service at its best.

I'm from Russia, and the local food tasted very strange. But this restaurant just amazed me. We liked most of the dishes we tried.
We live nearby and often order delivery and go to eat at Danat. Even got used to the sharpness of the dishes. Very tasty. Thanks

Worst taste
They use old chickens we usually bought all dishes (charcoal chicken, kothu paratto) Everyone has diarrhea after eating It happened to everyone, not just one person So you must understand whether you will go or not.!????

Worst service every they charged full amount but not able to send all the items. Even after informing them that I didn’t received my whole order person just say sorry and didn’t even bother to send pending items back. Money stealers.

My family had a bad experience during our visit. We ordered parota and beef curry, and the parotia was made from readymade packets from super markets, spoiling Kerala tradition. We also ordered biriyani, which was not very good.please avoid

It's an restaurant in the Dubai production city area, you can consider as normal neighborhood restaurant so on that ranking it service was good. , Affordable pricing , range of foods , taste . Morning indian breakfast , afternoon lunch meals rice , rotti etc., Evening snacks , night grilled items , chappati , roti etc., Staffs are friendly and you can add your preferences while ordering too.

Very poor of service, scarcity of staff is the main issue. You have to wait a long time to find a waiter. No dedicated waiter is staffed for the customers. The available waiters are too busy and not available around.

Food is superb and no comments to make.
