I used to order 5 Gallon water from them 2 times a week. Today I called, asking for 2 bottles to be delivered but was told I have to order other items if I wanted my water to be delivered. Their reason? The system changed. They could have atleast gave me advance notice. Very annoying.

For a small store, it has a lot of items in it. Watch out for the weekend deals especially in the meat and fish section. The interiors is a bit cramped up otherwise a good store for a quick in & out.

Well and arranged packed supermarket. Even though the prices are bit high. Its the only option for the buildings nearby. They deliver high quality products and accessories to your doorstep if you are in dubai production city area. The staffs are well behaved and nice too.

Very poor service and very rude staff. Very unprofessional behavior, I wouldn’t recommend.

They don’t deliver on time, and when they finally deliver, they’re very rude when they call. I would never order from here again.

worst delivery. worst service. spoiled food. wasted time. always errors in orders. 100 out of 100 they make a mistake. do not order !!! don't waste your time! you can wait 3 hours and they will bring you another order, with everytime !!! they sell what they themselves want to sell !!! cheat and lie !!!!
