I am so much happy to take dance classes at the best dance studio in Dubai and its been already 3 years of my distinguished dance experience. Most people dream of dancing from childhood, but with the passage of circumstances, few have this dream come true. Becoming adults, people start to think that dancing is a matter of youth. But this is not so. People do not dance, not because they grow old. They grow old because they stop moving!
Dance is a universal medicine for all diseases! It improves mood, speeds up metabolism, stimulates all body systems, provides the body with the necessary physical load, and has a rejuvenating effect. But the most interesting thing is that the dance opens up an irreplaceable influence on the mood and state of mind, as well as opens new prospects in communicating with others.
All of us, sooner or later, appear in a situation where we need to dance. And in such circumstances people fall into two categories: those who know how to dance and those who can not dance. And, of course, the first always win. Even if in life a person does not possess exceptional dignities and titles, he can be much more respected by society solely because of his ability to move beautifully.
In ancient times, the rich chose their wives among dancers. They knew that women's beauty, mind and health were revealed in the dance. The best dancers became wives of great rulers. Today this tradition is already forgotten, but people still unconsciously understand that the dance allows to fully reveal the essence of human nature. Not for nothing and to this day young people choose their couple at discos and parties. Dance, more than words, helps people to get closer and get to know each other.
We treat dance not only as a merry entertainment. For us, dance is the same science as mathematics or geometry. At the heart of the dance that we teach, lie the scientific disciplines that describe the work of the human body, such as: biomechanics, anatomy, physics, sports medicine. Like any science, dance has a "base" and the principles of its use: it includes everything you need to learn how to move, without this knowledge the dance will be incomplete. Having mastered the base, you will get a complete idea of the structure of the dance. It is a tool with which you can create your own dance. You will not need to memorize dance performances and ligaments. Dancing with bunches is the same as saying poetry, instead of freely building your speech. The dance database is an alphabet, the principles of its use are linguistics. Mastering the dance, you learn a new language, understandable to everyone.
It is important that you understand, in order to learn how to dance well, it will take no less time and effort than learning a foreign language. It matters also what task you set for yourself, to what level you are striving for. If you are interested in the basic level, with the right approach, you can master it in 6-9 months. But if you want to become an expert, you need a more serious attitude. We managed to train adult students from scratch to the level of "specialist" in two years of constant trainings.
Firstly, regular dance classes in their effect of strengthening the musculoskeletal system far surpass fitness and gyms. If you have problems with your back, excess weight, a weak muscle tone and other negative consequences of hypodynamia - the plague of our time - start attending dance studio at least a couple of times a week, in the evenings, and you yourself will be surprised at how quickly and cheerfully you will leave annoying problems.
