He took the first payment cheque, deposit, commission, DEWA deposit!, Ejari and for 10 days kept saying we cannot sign the contract and you cannot check the maintenance work because owner didn't sign yet!
He insisted to have DEWA Deposit despite I already have an account, and when I asked how can I cancel the current one, he didn't want to help and said "go and ask DEWA" in very rude way.
Thanks god, I got my money back and didn't take the apartment, and was the only one right decision I did with the spam company

Our initial impression of the agent was that he is extremely rude and unprofessional but what was to follow was beyond our imagination.
We paid the deposit in the last week of January and the partial rental amount by the 3rd of the February to block the apartment starting 15th February. The agent committed that all documentation will be done by 13th of February and we scheduled the deliveries of appliances and furniture accordingly. Upon following up on 14th February, the agent started making excuses that the owner is out of the city and is unresponsive so the Ejari is being delayed. After a lot of back and forth, he then committed that we will get the Ejari by the 18th - and once again, it did not happen. The solution the agent offered was he can offer another apartment in the same location but the rent being AED 4000 higher than what we had paid and agreed for.
So, we paid 3 weeks in advance to secure an apartment and schedule all the deliveries, informed our current landlord about our moving date based on the agent's commitment and in the end, we didn't get the apartment we paid for, had to reschedule ALL the deliveries, start the apartment hunt once again (by now most of the apartments we liked are already rented) and of course, go through the hassle of getting the money back from them.
Nothing but a waste of time.

manager and the person in charge are so rude and impolite they talked to me in unacceptable way.
i have been trying to check an apartment one week and after i prepared the payment the said they want to lease to someone else.
