Only 4 people in front of me was encouraging however 35 minutes wait to be told no prescription here. I am a community carer and every minute counts when we are trying to give the best care. Waste of time phoning ahead as they never answer. Shocking customer service

I have been behind very elderly people who could hardly stand and waited more then half hour. Daughter went for something that was sent through yesterday they gave her everything i didn't want she asked if there was anything else they said no so still haven't got what i need have tried calling phone must be off the hook so a trip up there later aren't i the lucky one all those smiling faces.

4 Elderly people, made their way to your store qued up outside, whilst they wonder why your closed when the online times state 9 Am. A tiny poster on the door says it's now half past. It's not difficult to update your opening times online. A small oversight causing your elderly customers considerable distress. Shameful but worryingly inline with boots general poor customer behaviours!!!

Worst branch of Boots I've ever encountered. Incredibly slow service, very disorganised but they always blame it on head office. How come other branches are so much better?

Queued for an hour before getting to the counter. There has to be a better way. They should have known the day before a 4day weekend that there whould be huge demand and planned for it. An hour queuing is unacceptable anywhere

Terrible experience - Had to wait for a long time before asking about a prescription. It wasn't ready so needed to wait for another 45 mins. Go anywhere else if you can.
