You are the worst service I have ever seen, I did order for drower's unit and I receive damage I return and I came festival city branch to choose another one and I choose 2 drower's unit, today I received one of them and the second one it wasn't that I choose it, I called the customer service to explain for them and to find solution for this case and they very rude and not helpful at all and they didn't give me enough attention to hear the complain

I know that because of COVID, your deliveries are delayed. But pls ensure to open you customer care lines and respond quickly. My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Which already took 2 weeks to be processed.
