Kitchen equipments and materials all is new latest varieties available here. Dress is not much more.. only kitchen items and electronic items and stationary items is lot here....

Day to Day Shop Al Barsha1

I recently had an unfortunate experience with one of the customer service representatives .When I approached the staff for an exchange, the customer service guy behaved very rudely and aggressively and he himself mentioned he is the owner and “you do whatever you want “PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE “

The incident occurred on today 8:30 pm during my visit to the store. I explained the reason for the exchange politely, but instead of offering assistance, the staff member responded with a hostile and dismissive attitude. It made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed with the level of customer service provided.

As a loyal customer, I believe that respectful and courteous behavior should be a priority for any business. It's essential to treat customers with empathy and professionalism, even in challenging situations like product exchanges.

I hope this review serves as feedback for the store management to address the issue promptly. I still value the products offered at Day to Day Shop, but I expect better treatment from their customer service representatives in the future.

Good quality products at reasonable price. Easily we can find each n every product that required in our day to day life. That's why this mall known as day to day... yayyyyyy.....

Excellent place. Single floor but wide collection of all household requirements. The collection is limited for clothing section. For that, there is another day to day in Barsha focused on clothing

Very under rated day to day. Less crowded. If you find the karama or others crowded this is the one to go. This mainly has less clothing. If you want clothing, there's one more day to day in Barsha which you can visit. This is good for non clothing items (packed food/fmcg, house supplies, toys etc.)

I have been to so many Day to Day oulets in past 7 8 years and it is one go to place for me almost once every month. Initially i thought they might be providing low quality at such a low price but to my surprise their quality can not be questioned for sure. I have bought so many household items, decors, souvenir and have tried few clothing options too, and i can vouch for all of them for their quality and durability. Everytime i go to my Country , i buy funky jewellery items for my niece and games or toys for my nephew. Their decor items are nice too, the small unique items have been appreciated by anyone who visit my house and i have even gifted a bunch to my relatives too.
You can shop for cosmetics, chocolates, beddings, clothing, bathroom and kitchen supplies, electronics items, stationary, cleaning tools and supplements and anything you can think of ????

The place has basically everything you might need, from grocery (except for fruits and vegetables) to kitchen appliances and household items.
The staff are cooperative. You might catch some good offers in that place too.

Variety of stuff you can get for the day to day needs. Rarely failed me for below average quality products.. but it will amaze you how such a small place hold almost every think you may think about
