Day to Day have two branches in same location

One is for cloths
Another for General

But we observed that shoes are not available

It is very reasonable price and comfortable for people mean affordable. I prefer that every one can come and buy some items for kitchen or Disposable purpose. These items are very reasonable price

Great shore highly recommended ...... I really love this it's newly opened they have very good quality products with very less price ...
It's very near to my home so whenever I feel want to buy something I have to come here in a week just say the verity is large and small amount of price … parking way also great location also nice it’s call Al barsha 2 near mall of Emirates popular place

Day to Day Shop Al Barsha1

I recently had an unfortunate experience with one of the customer service representatives .When I approached the staff for an exchange, the customer service guy behaved very rudely and aggressively and he himself mentioned he is the owner and “you do whatever you want “PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE “

The incident occurred on today 8:30 pm during my visit to the store. I explained the reason for the exchange politely, but instead of offering assistance, the staff member responded with a hostile and dismissive attitude. It made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed with the level of customer service provided.

As a loyal customer, I believe that respectful and courteous behavior should be a priority for any business. It's essential to treat customers with empathy and professionalism, even in challenging situations like product exchanges.

I hope this review serves as feedback for the store management to address the issue promptly. I still value the products offered at Day to Day Shop, but I expect better treatment from their customer service representatives in the future.

All dress materials are good quality and price also very low. Cheap & best clothes for men, women's & kids too.... So many varieties of dresses available here. I loved it....

Organized and has so many things.
The prices are affordable.
The staff are nice and helpful.
Only thing is parking might be a bit further fr the store but there is plenty of spaces.

Great price on all the products, some nice offers goin on too .. well organized store including washrooms facilities. You can find anything you want in this store.. but some cashiers staff and not friendly . No Hi hello .. even floor staff not supportive.. probably they are new and suggesting to have them basic customer service training. No hates at all i love everyone in Dubai ❤️

Day to day is now open in Barsha. I visited this store today, this branch is quite close to my house so it’s convenient for me to come and shop. This branch is quite big and was not crowded, which is the best part. I got all the things under one roof like kids stationary, home decor, cutlery, disposable crockery, toiletries, and all kind for hair bands. Overall I find this store quite convenient and easy on pocket
