I have frequented this establishment on multiple occasions, and one aspect that truly stands out to me is the reasonable pricing. Given the nature of this place, one might expect exorbitant prices, but I'm pleased to say that everything remains within a normal budget.

Furthermore, their customer service is exceptional. They consistently answer calls promptly without leaving customers on hold, and they are always eager to address any inquiries or concerns.

The cleanliness of the premises is noteworthy as well. Whether it is the billiards area or the PC/PS5 gaming area, both are regularly cleaned and well-maintained.

After nearly two years of patronage, I can confidently state that I have never been disappointed. This establishment consistently delivers excellence on every level. It deserves a perfect 10/10 rating.

Great ambience, the team is friendly and welcoming. Food is good, prices are fair but it will be nice to have an offer every now and then. It's a fun place to hang out in.

The tables are decent, maintained frequently.

But they’re quite less and they have tournaments very often.

- Pool Tables - 6/10
- Cue sticks - 4/10
- Ambience - 6/10

Good cue sticks are hard to find though.

I did not like the food here but owner comments said they'll try to improve. Drinks are good. Tables are full size, well maintained and sanitised between players but there should be a time limit to allow more people to play. Waitresses gave good service and check out was without worry.

I am customer at this branch and I spend more than 6-7 hours daily on average, I am really surprised that there are no mouses available for everyone to use, there are empty computers but no mouses? Paul and the team did everything they could to find a solution but its 11:00pm and I am currently sitting and waiting for a mouse or for someone to leave. Also you should certainly look at updating your vip room equipment with new chairs (currently all of them are ripped apart) also better AC cooling system as well as sound proofing. the only positive aspect that everyone agrees on here are the staff and how cool and friendly and helpful they are.

Best place to hang out with friends (and family?) For playing billiards and gaming games. Plus the food is alright here

Excellent place for pool and video games. Equipped with 6 great quality tables and a separate dedicated gaming zone. They offer snacks, sandwiches and drinks too.

Very nice and cozy place I’ve been playing here for 6 months already. Decent food friendly stuff and good experience overall
