I know recently people have had problems with these Kitchens but I actually had a very decent experience.
I was in a store near Deliveroo kitchen and my daughter wanted some food which is only available on Deliveroo but the delivery time was 90 minutes to 2 hours.
So I called them and asked if I could pick my order up, to which they agreed and I was able to get my food within 15 minutes and they even refunded the delivery charge.
I got food from Dan's Home Food from this Deliveroo Kitchen and t it was amazing. I would even rate the food 4 to 4.5 star.

Is it possible to give less than a star! This time I have truly learnt my lesson with your poor customer service! Missing items; cold food; ice cream packed in the hot items; flat soda! And then 10AED as a refund! Not disgusted… no longer a customer once I see if you refund anything properly to my account… to be honest I don’t actually care about the money but money hurts you as a company!

How bad is this company… the driver leaves coffee loose in his bag and blames road works for it being spilled all over… and yet again … we will improve… we will learn from it; no you won’t! You never do! I am saddened that I gave you another chance.

Deliveroo should stop allowing restaurants to deliver through their own drivers, orders take way longer than ETA and cannot be tracked.

Missing items for the second time!! That's unacceptable paying for food not delivered and no one refers to me back for refund or solution! Honestly it's a very bad delivery service.
