Worst experience ever. First, they damaged my front spoiler when trying to lift the car. Secondly, they tried to fool me with the year of the tyre. They mounted 2 tyres with an older year than the other tyres. Third, they mounted the tyres the wrong way, means, inside and outside of the wheel. Avoid this place if you can, very unprofessional.

They gave me a price and after fixing the tyres they added 100 AED to each tyre and then when I asked why they said: no we did not say this. Even though before starting I showed them another quotation which I have earlier from a different company and I asked them do you have the same options such as nitrogen, free road assistance, 4 free tyre rotations and of course they said yes we have, after that they said no we don’t have nitrogen and we don’t have the same features; when I asked why you lied to me, they said why you need Nitrogen it is similar to normal air. So in summary these guys are not telling the truth, once they finish they will change their commitments so I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DEAL WITH THEM

My experience wasn’t a good one, I went there to buy a set of new Tyres, I asked for brands that I know like Bridgestone, good year, hankook, kumho, etc, the mechanic suggested Pirelli that is engineered in Italy and made in China, I agreed because I know the brand, he showed me to the waiting area as they install them, when they were done it turns out the brand is “Pearly” which is not what I asked for. Even though they offered a two year warranty but I didn’t accept. I know I should’ve checked the tyres before proceeding but I had faith that the guy knew what he was talking about. I had them removed and asked from the Bridgestone tyres. They installed it but I also then realized that they were old (not used), as in manufactured in early 2020, which means I have a year lost when it comes to the UAE registration laws.

On the positive side, the place is well equipped and they are fast. I do believe they need to make sure the clients understand what they are buying and offer a right value for money accordingly.

Should ask about price before given any tyre related work ,or else they will cheat you.
