Overall, a good, budget friendly hotel a 5 minute walk from a metro stop.

Best thing is the service. Good management, very keen on helping you out. Manuel, the manager made the check in very smooth and easy.

Amazing and lovely hotel. I was staying there for almost a month and the experience was very nice. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel has a swimming pool, spa and gym. It also has a bar, with a large Led screen to enjoy sports or music videos and restaurant with good food. The only thing is the location, which is not in the city center, but it is very good if you are going to work in the area or surroundings.

My experience in Delta hotel was very good. The room are clean, the stuff are very friendly and helpful. And thanks a lot especially to Ahmed Hossny for the high level of service. Highly recommended the hotel.

Pleasant stay. We stayed for one night. Not very far from Dubai downtown but could get crowded on your way there. Very easy and fast check in and check out. Thanks for Mr. Miguel for that. The room has an average size but excellent facilities. The breakfast is good but could be better if more variety is available. They have fazaa discount.

Ample parking space, vetry helpful reception team. The restaurant and room service staff are also excellent amd look after each and evey guest at breakfast. A good hotel if u want peace and quiet with all facilities such as gym, spa (must try!) And pool

Amazing! I’ve stayed here many times. I’m a Bonvoy premier elite member and am always treated very well. Staff are very attentive and friendly. The beds are super comfortable, rooms are clean, shower is powerful and has ‘body works’ products which smell amazing! The breakfast is immense and has a huge variety! 110% will return many times in the future.

I stayed at this hotel for around 3 months from Jan-Mar this year

My time at the Delta was superb – this hotel offers excellent value, all things considered, with good facilities and (more importantly) a wonderful team. There is easy access into the city via the metro like, which is around a 5-minute walk from the hotel (probably less).

I would gladly (and hope to!) stay at the Delta Hotel again; for the staff, as much as anything. Overall rating is 5* because my cons/improvements are not significant, and the Pros massively outweigh these.

Overall value:
The price is extremely fair given the overall hotel quality. I’d recommend it just for this (particularly once you account for Marriott point bonuses, elite nights etc). Point to note: breakfast is not included by default at Delta Hotels for elite members, though it is included in corporate rates, packages, and can be discussed for longer stays.

Team:
The whole staff team is very friendly, and go out of their way to help you. I won’t name individual staff here out of a fear of missing someone, but they are really commendable – from security, to the restaurant, reception, concierge, housekeeping et cetera. The team would be the main reason I choose to stay at the hotel again!

Excellent choice of hotel for business & leisure traveller. The staff are very helpful & courteous. Rooms are spacious & they made great improvement for housekeeping cleaning.

Restaurant staff are very attentive & great chef, delicious food. However will be great to have more menu selections for long term stay.

They recently introduced free shuttle services to ibn batutta mall, jumeirah beach residence & the pointe, which is a great value added services.
