Three star hotel but service like seven! I am delighted! Very happy with the hotel, service and staff! Everyone who works here is friendly, kind and caring. There were moments with settlement, payment and room keys, and the guys solved everything in a second without any problems. Special thanks to the Jasmeen Joy and Hamid, I want the management to give these employees a bonus! They deserve it ????????????

Excellent hotel. The rooms were magnificent. Breakfast was very good. We got very warm welcome from reception staff Rahul who made every effort to meet all our requests and needs. We Will Had a definitely recommend staying here and would give our blessing and regards to Rahul

Excellent hotel for budget stay. Near to metro station is also positive point and easy connectivity to city.

Hotel staff is treating guests very well. Specially thanks to Mr Rahul and Mr Lasantha for helping in day to day issues and quick responses with resolutions

This is the best hotel i stay. Good service from shahadat hussain and very cooperative. Reception staff also should be cooperative if guest request something more. Overall hotel is good and also enjoyed breakfast.

Basic hotel with the worst restaurant services ever.

Room: below average by far (if compared to other 3 stars hotel.

Staff: Receptionists are great and trying to manage with lack of resources.

Food: I ordered food from their restaurant, the one who delivered the food either a crazy person or the hotel pushing him to act in this way , it ended up that I reject the food .

Moreover, the food in their menu is totally different , they promote food from the neighbor restaurant menu and deliver from their own.

It was really great experience, place was very peaceful and room was well decorated, staff also kind and professionally dealing to us,I don’t want to forget to mention the name here, Rahul has excellent professional skill about dealing with their honorable guests.

Wonderful experience. I have stayed in the hotel nearly for 40 days. Staff at the reception is very good. Always wishes the people with smile and room service is very good. Particularly Shital at the reception responds in details and provides clear cut information.
