1.The whole team needs to be more professional
2. The camp was over crowded and the crowd management was owful
3. Could witness two crowd fights in the camp
4. Long queues near food
5. Never go for a safari during long holidays

I Booked Dessert safari with them for 2 person and their driver forgot to call us and pick up. When we called the agent he told driver is mad or something and told that he left few more guests and offered me dhow cruise. Then he stopped picking our calls and Didn’t respond to our messages.
Very unprofessional and Rude
I also called to remind them of our booking around the time they told to pick up.

Don’t bother!! Worst experience ever… 3 hours journey to the desert, 5 minutes dune bashing and lowest quality food that you can imagine!

We used them a couple times previously but never again! Something went wrong with this company big time!!!

Rizwan was helping us get to the desert and he explained the events happening there. There was a lot of belly dancing and riding camels, it was a great experience.

I booked a tour for 30th December and ask for pick and drop on lulu al barsha.. The agent told me that the driver will call 1 hour before pick up, but no one called us till 3:25pm. Agent and driver is very irresponsible. They should have list of names and contact number in able to monitor the passengers.

Had an amazing, best, extra-ordinary and unforgettable experience with City Smart. They have this driver Imtiaz who accommodated us all throughout the day. Friendly, approachable and hospitable people at the Camp 14. You will surely go back. And it is not about the quantity, it is about the quality and experience that you will treasure. In behalf of my friends, thank you so much City Smart and to Mr. Imtiaz for the unforgettable experience. Kudos to your team.

There is no enough words to explain this high professional agency! We had the privilige to have Safari experience with Mr.Amir and we are amazed by him! We were feeling so safe although it was full adrenaline desert experience. Highly recommended!

Extra powerful experience! Must try if you are staying in Dubai. This agency will give you attention all day with adrenaline tour, good picture, perfect sunset, traditional food. We are grateful that we had Amir as our guide, he showed us all this things at the must beautiful way.
