Literally there are 10+ customers waiting after me but only one counter is working, as number 5 finished, my number is 6, still I’m waiting more than 2 hours to get my number called, only one counter is working, don’t know why this much big company can’t hire more staff? I came to knw that here only one staff working in customer service from the last 4 months

Just waste of time branch. Inconsiderate Sales and Service Staff and Manager. Waited for 30 minutes and there was no sign of any tokens being called. More than 5 customers were before me in the line. Nobody turn came up until i left the place while asking the manager why the cause of delay. They are least bothered.

Just one counter working in the branch.
Inconsiderate Sales and Service Manager, he blantly requested to stand outside branch, as i was unable to sit for long strech (30 minutes) before standing and streching my legs.
Sad state of operations as takes atleast an hour to get your request heard.
During 1st visit, he directly told to come tomorrow as he was apparently loaded, even though work timings had 2-3 hours pending.

Time to shift.

I don’t usually write reviews but after my experience at DIB, I feel I have too. Today I had the pleasure of being supposed and assisted by a man named Ahmed Abdulla Mohammad Alawadhi. He has worked tirelessly ensuring that all my documents have been spot on and his team also has some credit. I didn’t realise till the end he was the branch manager of the bank, but for him to give his time, dedication and service I was simply overwhelmed. Honestly I think he spent countless hours supporting me when I was stressed and anxious and even during his fast I could see him running around and making phone calls to ensure the process went smooth.

Credit where credit is due!

There is no service there only one counter even the staf after finish the client they are playing in phone they dont care about thr customer service even the branch manger also really i change already this bank no need more service thanks

Customer service 0 I waited for 3hrs just to update my account and now my debit card still not working, I can't use it on ATM machine, I can't buy gorgeous and teller he told me that in 1 hr my card will be working..That day I spoke to manager of branch and she talk to me not in nice that this branch is too busy in the rude way..Am really disappointed as a customer for 5yeears

Just waste of time branch. They treat you by looking, if you are rich or no. Especially the customer service manager, I waited for him almost 30 minutes outside him office and he can clearly see me that I was waiting for him. Once he done with the other customer, he didn't even ask me what he can offer me with. Instead of that he was trying to just leave the office. I have no idea, how you guys recruiting this type of managers specially in customer service. Will never visit again.

If the option to provide zero rating will not hesitate to do so. The customer service is very poor and will never consider dealing with the bank. Absolutely ridiculous.

Multiple Staff cannot get in on time. So it opens late. Then is totally disorganised when they do arrive as they have to catch up due to customers who have arrived at opening time but staff have not. I note another review stating the same has already been posted on another day.

If the staff got to work on time so that the shop was open and ready to serve you at the opening time it would be helpful.

Fantastic attention considering it wasn't meant to be open as such
There is a mix up between 111 service sending you to incorrect pharmacy
However 111 receptionist was very good!!!

Handed over prescription to wait for. Elderly, disabled mother waiting in car. Others came received prescription and went. Staff apologetic for the wait. Eventually told they didn't have item. No offer to order it. Very frustrating.

Staff here are abused regularly and they work so hard and don't deserve it.
I have never had a problem here
Staff are welcoming friendly and helpful
They have gone above and beyond to help me and always with a smile ????

First time I’ve used the pharmacy today. They had my prescription ready in no time. They were very helpful and polite. I would recommend them.
