Sometimes they have good promotions. But it's not sure when they will have.

I visited desigual. A shop I have been shopping from for many years. It is my birthday month, my birthday was just last week and I went in a couple days ago to shop and receive the 25% off discount for your birthday month. They insisted I should have received an email but I checked everything and I have not received any email from them for my birthday. I spent an hour and a half trying to sort out the issue only to find out they had registered my birthday completely wrong. Instead of listing my birthday in April they listed it in December, I checked my emails and saw they hadn't even sent me a birthday email in the month of December. The two men working in the shop were trying to figure out what to do. Eventually they called the manager that wasn't physically in the store I think his name is Nabil who was not helpful at all and didn't even try to sort out the problem he just told me to wait until next year. It wasn't my mistake it was theirs and I felt that there was no customer service no support no help (from the manager) even though I'm A diamond customer there and used to shop from them every month. I left feeling extremely disappointed and don't want to shop there ever again.

Bought a bag online which was embroidered sling bag. The zip was stiff, non washable, embroidery poking clothes and body. Overall not worth money.

Recently visited desigual. Female staff was nose up and not helpful at all. Brand is very good but Staff behaviour was pathetic.staff was talking, i called for help for like 2 times but they didn't come. They simply ignored . It happened in dubai mall branch

Loose the ceiling decor ..it might have been a good idea ..not if u not going to keep it clean ..if u see a bottle strewn dirty beach ..that's what comes to mind ..I read the boss says the company was lacking in innovation ..please start with new ceilings

Lovely myriad of colours... perks you up immediately... the ladies changing rooms could however do with better lighting & cooling... the colours looked all different due to the poor lighting & it was hot in there... the staff was most helpful however...
Also some skirts could do with more options to go with their tops... overall a good experience...

Love this store!! I always leave with several items purchased. Only thing is that changing rooms could do with a quick cleaning and tidying up.
