Me too! Laughable customer service. Thought I’d committed a crime by asking for some help with change (thought that’s what a post office should do). Miserable old bloke clearly took pleasure from being awkward. If he gets asked for change that often wouldn’t you think he’d react to the demand and keep a stash of pound coins? Not hard really, nor is smiling. Shame he is letting the side down for Mousehole and Cornwall.

ONG Bak - you were right! They have retired and shut up the shop as of today. Kept up their form right to the last - were so rude to my wife they reduced her to tears. A shame that Mousehole has lost its Post Office though. Will have to travel to Penzance now :-(

Miserable old man who refused to help me with some change for the car park after I queued outside for 5 minutes. Great Cornish hospitality in Moushole!
