Furthermore, when I finally spoke to someone who seemed like they could help, they were unable to provide any concrete information or solutions. I was left feeling completely helpless and dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with DHL's customer service team. As a customer who relies on reliable and efficient shipping services, I expect more from a company as reputable as DHL.
