Worst massage ever!! Unprofessional and very unpleasant. Staff is untrained and not prepared at all. Very uncomfortable position, staff going in and out of the room.

Nice center. Professional Massuse. Thank you Seham. I took a package, Maghrabi bath, facial mask and treatment, massage, (500 Dh) and it’s as expected. Clean room and towels the only downside, there is no toilet. You need to go across the hole way of the plaza for toilet ☹️

I do NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone
Sooooo bad experiences
They don’t do any treatments they have menu out but they never do treatments like what it is they don’t anything about massage i paid out on counter 700 aed to have hammam they gave me only 45 minutes with very bad staff attitude girls from morocco u go inside massage rooms towels used for many times then girls ask u for more money 1000 then negotiate for extra services i spoke then with the owner she answered so rudely
Never go there again
Zero service
Zero attitud
So expensive prices
At the end no treatments
I spoke with the mall management even they are so poplar at that so all mall knows about this story

One of the worst massage session I had in my entire life please don’t visit it, the receptionist or owner I’m not sure anymore said I’m not used to Arab message style!! What that suppose to mean

I would rate is experience as 0 and I’m still shocked about it
