Pre booked a return for a 40th birthday party. We were 16mins late getting out of the venue to be told that our return was cancelled due to not being out at the exact time. Called the taxi and he stated he turned down a hire to take our booking….what? We pre-booked. Left us stranded. Then sent a passive aggressive text to state that we booked a return at 00:30 not 00:48 (this was the time after the phone call at 00:46) avoid. Poor poor customer service.

Good sir is by far the best taxi service in Kirkcaldy. Will go out of his way to help out his patrons. Really kind guy. Reliable and efficient.
