I went into the store looking for the advent calendar which, as stated by another reviewer, has been marked up almost 270% (approximately AED 4,000) above the retail price in places like Paris, London or New York (approximately AED 1500).

I then emailed dyptique customer support, who were unable to offer a solution to this issue. This entire interaction and response has been extremely disappointing.

nice service, very helpful and attentive.
Rodale is very nice person and helped us to choose the perfume.
I loved almost all perfumes I tried, this perfume is unique and beautiful
I bought one, but unfortunately it does not last long :( Half an hour and I don't feel it anymore on the skin.

Staff are excellent and very helpful but the prices are inexplicable high. Advent calendar which is €400 online (AED1500) is retailing in Dubai at over AED4000. You could almost fly to Paris and buy one for the same price. Larger Candles are 50% more expensive. Such a shame they think they can rippoff UAE customers like this.

I had amazing experience to the shop. I bought the hair mist and honestly the sale staff Maryna is helpful and she gave a lot of sample. I appreciate it!

It used to have excellent service until I encountered a condescending male SA who selects who he treats well. We came in and were in a hurry to purchase a gift and he answers in a sarcastic tone, which I don't understand because I calmly asked him questions, then wraps the gift so sloppily my toddler can do a better job. Mind you we spent 800 dirhams for the gift. Shame. I will just buy online next time.

Nothing against the products they are lovely.Just wanted to put it out there that the male SA today morning at the Dubai mall was not a nice person at all.He made me and my daughter feel so horrible, like we had no business being there, condescending tone and choice of words.We left feeling awful.Yes we did buy what we had intended to buy because we were pressed with time and bloomingdales was quiet a walk. Next time if he is there I won’t bother to enter.
