A cosmetic store in Dubai mall where you can find all your preferred cosmetics ,Plenty of sales ladies and men who are clever and trained especially in upselling .The problem in the long queu which can be skipped if you go to other inside cashier but must be paying by card only .Gift wrapping and printing or carving the name you want over the bottle of perfume is available and free of charge,overall it was good experience .

Sephora Dubai mall offers all major brand under 1 roof, the space is crowded with tourist and residence alike. The beauty Assistants are Friendly and seem to have good amount of knowledge about their products.
The windows showcase Elemis and Make up forever this week. Check out the new launches and Products here.
Closest parking to this area would be the Fashion parking or the Grand parking.

Although they have a large selection of products, it’s difficult to shop and navigate. Long queue on cashier, no easy checkout for someone that is picking a quick 1 item. There are quick instant pay cashiers but no one to operate them. Please consider self checkout for such a busy store.

There was the Nars pop-up Animation????
Love as well the Ramadan Takover that Sephora had at the entrance and on the screens! Very nice storytelling

I went to check the gift options for the black card, keeping in mind I got the e-mail at April meaning I have time until August, but at the catchier when I asked the guy to show me the gifts instead he insisted to take the code first then he was insisting that my gift is expired and strongly refused to give me until I showed him it clearly mentioned that I have time till August this forced me to either take the gift that I was not satisfied with of lose it, and at the box it is stating that the face wash is for dry skin ( my skin type) but inside the box the face wash is for oily skin.

Honestly I love Sephora and it’s where I want to be whenever I am stressed or having a pathetic day. But lately they are not keeping the store like it was before I visited Sephora Dubai mall the day before and there is nothing left in the “tester” to test for majority of the products. I love you Sephora and honestly you can do better ❤️

This review is for an online order. I dont know why Sephora uae does NOT store their products properly. I recieved my box and after an HOUR in an air conditioned room, I opened the box to find that all the products I ordered were BURNING HOT!!! Especially chanel perfumes, which can be dangerous because it contains high amounts of alcohol. Wasted my time. Now Im waiting for a return and refund. Extremely disappointed for the money we spend on big brand names, to be delivered heat damaged. No thank you. Never buying from sephora ever again.

Luxurious. One of the few bus shelters not removed in the spring 2021by London Borough of Croydon, to be replaced by autumn 2021, and still missing in winter 2021
