I am property consultant for discovery garden, and this is the best place to live,
Very peace full,
Clean,
No noice because Dubai govt has empower units for air conditioning separate so I do not feel hot, empower is safe and atmosphere is also safe, good weather, ac metres are not in the building so no noice in buikdings,
Perfect place to live, and I live in discovery garden because of its greenery and cool atmosphere,
Thanks to Nakheel for building such nice community, and thanks for maintaining nicely,

3 hotels bow the building, 24hrs life pharmacy is located in the building, little far from the metro ????station ????, near by lots of hotels ,gym, barber shop located, most of the shops are surrounded by the building.
Under ground car parking is available, cctv facilities is there.
