Hotel is good but not maintained. Every day you need to ask for towel. Faulty amenities, see photos.
Breakfast is is very basic and egg and bread everyday. The only good point about this hotel is it's location.

House Keeping Guy "Lokesh" has provided an excellent service.
He do ensure customers are provided every required services on right time and he is available even on phones.

Checked in yesterday will stay here for 5 nights. Initially we booked for 1st floor however they gave us 7th floor already that was a mess up but didn’t complain. Was tired and slept directly and then woke up next day looked at the kitchen properly and it was so dirty. The stove the drawers the handle it was really disgusting. There was even a cockroach in the cabinet I asked to switch rooms the front desk told me they’re fully booked can’t do anything now. It’s such a disgrace. Better not to come to this place it’s a waste of money and it’s horrendous. I work in hotel myself this place is horrible. I do not recommend at all.

I had a grate experience at Parkside hotel Apparment. I stayed two months in Room-110 and enjoy the all services and hospitality.Special thanks to the house keeping staff Mr. Lokenath for his excellent services during my stay. Really enjoyed during my Satye at Parkside Hotel aprtmentys

Dirty hotel and bad staff, i found a cockroach in my room and called front disk, and for 15 minuets no one came. And rooms are really dirty. Don’t recommend even for my worst enemies

Had stayed with family on long term basis. The hospitality and the services were amazing. The location of the hotel was home to many Indian Restaurants and Super markets. The best thing about the staff was the way they treated us (Guests) was with same impact throughout our course of stay of 01 year. The response from them was very prompt in attending to any sort of maintenance works. Had to appreciate Mr.Sonu for his generosity and hospitality towards the guests.

The location was very good and you can enjoy food from Indian restaurants just opposite to the hotel. However Room condition was not good, furniture was very old and not properly maintained. You can see the uncleanliness of the couch in attached pics. The toilet was leaking from the false ceiling. Air condition was not working properly and they did not provided additional water bottle. The person on the reception said that they will charge for additional water bottle (in excess of 1 no. 500ml water bottle per person). Air condition issue was raised to reception but no one visited even they promised to do that. Calling to reception feature was also not working in landline. Overall this is very old building and facilities inside are not working properly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
