I came to this service center on Saturday morning Feb. 25 to fix 3 major things and got the the complete quotation few hours after and finally gave them my agreement around 6PM (Job no. 9279). After reading all reviews and got my car back 3 days after, below is my feedback on the service:
Communication: Verbal communication is excellent and very clear, and reception staff are so friendly and respecting their customers (thanks to the two ladies at reception).
Prices: Reasonable and labor charges are far better than the ones from the dealer.
Bill clarity: Needs little improvement as it states the issue rather than the job carried out, for example, it doesn’t state the word “replacement”. Secondly, in the top of the bill it’s states the contact no of 02 while the workshop is in Dubai.
Completing the job on time: Yes as 2 days are reasonable for such 3 types of fixes unlike the dealer duration.
Quality of work: Everything seems to be great so far.
Workshop location: Ideal (middle of Dubai).
I have informed the receptionist that if after two weeks of driving everything is ok, I shall bring my other cars for fixing and inform my relatives and friends about such great service center services.

After travelling to Dubai from Al Ain, I noticed a warning light on my car, reluctant to drive back to Al Ain without getting it fixed I was recommended to go to Dluxe by a friend. From start to finish the customer service was beyond excellent. The staff were so kind and accommodating. I ended up having more things done in my car than planned, therefore I had to wait a while, however, the staff made sure I was taken care, made feel comfortable and gave me everything I needed and requested while I waited. I would highly recommend this service centre. So professional, realistic with time and cost and friendly. Thank you.

Took the car for major service and confirmed with the advisor and the team that all mentioned oils will be changed as per their instagram advertisement, however when i recieved the tax invoice i saw they mentioned it is topup only and when i asked from the supervisor he said that we only topup the mentioned oils and donot change completely !!! Moreover i have been charged for 8 spark plugs while my vehile is 6 cylinder ???? as a regular client i don't trust this garage anymore and don't suggest it as there are many reliable businesses around.

I’m writing this review because I’m extremely satisfied and amazed by the service provided by Usama Halabi as he was able to diagnose the problem and to solve after so many visits to different garages .

I highly recommend this place for the professionalism and the quality of the service .
