I hope Emaar will read the review. It is a good place but very cheap made. It is strange that gate is just next to the road and doesn't have buffer (double door), so if the dog run out of tve park it will go to the road and can be killed by a car.
There is no parking area, there is no pedestrian area to cross the road, a very dangerous place to reach. And the owner shall watch the dog if someone enter or exit the park

Inside the park everything is okay, two benches. Met many good people there, friendly place

This place is good for socialising your dog/dogs however it needs a double gate to ensure the safety of the dogs as the park is immediately adjacent to a busy road. The dogs all gather around the entrance when a new dog arrives and as the gate opens outwards you need to leash your dog everytime it is opened this is especially dangerous when children access the park.
A simple and safe fix would be a double gate!!!!
A good step in the right direction by the developer but requires a little more thought or input from dog owners to make it safe .

Small closed park, people should pick up after their pets, emaar tries it bedt to maintain and upkeep but could be cleaner and bigger and there is still a lot of room to expand

All the dogs were playful and no aggressive dogs. Was good place for my puppy to socialize.
