Have been here a few times over the years, but on this visit the place was disgustingly dirty and untidy - used glasses and drink cups everywhere on tables and surfaces with no one seemingly clearing up. We had to clean up our lane area of previous players drinks and bottles before we could play. The place seemed short staffed - 1 person on the bar and 2 on reception. The ladies toilets were in a state and no loo paper - this was about 5pm. The bowling itself was fine and good to see it is now touch screen controls for the lanes. But the arcade was another matter - a few games swallowed money but didnt work - and no signs to indicate they were faulty - a few people lost money as no staff took responsibility for turning them off. The ticket machine was playing up either swallowing tickets but no print out, or not taking the tickets. Managed to grab a member of staff to sort it, but when it happened again could only report to the staff member on reception as no one else around, there was a distinct lack of interest in dealing with it. I asked if there was a manager available and was told he was busy helping on the bar. Tried to sympathise asking if they were short staffed as only 3 of them on a Saturday evening to be told she didn't do the rotas. Overall worst experience here - the problems mainly due to lack of staff and no one available or stepping up to deal with issues. Its not exactly cheap here - would love to know where the money goes as its certainly not on staff. But the boys had a good time - apart from what they called the 'arcade scam'!

Easy to book the game online and the bowling was good fun. However, it was difficult to find staff at the bar to buy snacks/drinks (I waited over 15 mins for service then I gave up) and the queue when checking in was long and busy.

My daughter had her 6th birthday party here. Fantastic, 18 kids all had an amazing time, staff were fab!! Only criticism is pizza was a bit burnt. Will def be back

Not a bad bowling place, it is a bit pricey for what it is, considering it is a bit run down but you will still have a good time. There is a good selection of different sized bowling balls and all the machinery and bowling equipment works as it should. The staff are not good though; they are miserable and completely inattentive. There is a large arcade as you walk in with a good selection of games and machines but it was very messy when we was in there with food all over the floor and sticky controls which wasn’t nice to touch.

The Ten Pin brand seems to have not had any investment for a long time, if you want to make a special evening of a bowling trip I would recommend finding a Hollywood bowl to get a better experience.

Really good place to celebrate a birthday party. Plenty of food. Plenty of drinks. Chocolate bars for every child. Helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable prices.

As well as bowling, there is a small arcade for the kids to play around after the boredom sets in, a bar for the adults and a couple of pool tables.

This place is alright. Nothing special to be honest. We arrived just after midday and it was rammed full. On top of that, there wasn’t nearly enough people working at the time. We had long waiting times.

The food is pretty standard. It didn’t come all at once which makes me believe they don’t have the proper facilities.

Not bad, but also not the best.

Good games with the grandchildren, but too noisy and too much flashing lighting. Disappointing that the food on sale was sugary drinks and sweets...nothing healthy really.

It's not inexpensive but have fun for bowling and games.
