I bought 2 jars of honey cake and chocolate and i received it damaged, musty, i called them to complain, they promised to replace it, along 3 days keep promosing to send the driver on XX time! Never came, now i received a few pcs of chocolate as complementary and said no refund and we are sorry, i talked to the manager MAJD and he ignored me ( busy, phone, bathroom) i relised Dolci Delight have low moral, low quality service, low customer care

I had a really excellent experience with Dolci Delight! Their desserts were so clean, neat and tasty all my guests loved it including me so I highly recommend them!

My roommate and I have from Dolci Delight several times within the last week. Yesterday we placed an order, the order was late and was missing a milkshake. So my roommate called and spoke with a lady. I heard the entire conversation. My roommate ask that for the inconvience of the order being late and missing an item if we could receive a free milkshake.

In addition she ordered a cappuccino. The lady said no problem and that the extra milkshake and cappuccino would be at no additional charge.

The driver arrived very late again, the milkshakes were melted. He then requested a fee, I informed him that the order was a courtesy, he said no and called his boss. I spoke with her and explained. She remembered my roommate calling but said we owed 42aed for the additional milkshake and cappuccino. I send the items back. They lost two good customers over melted milkshakes.

My daughter's big birthday party was ruined by having an ugly cake custom made by dolce delights which really looked like was made by an unprofessional beginner baker and cake decorator. It was completely horrible inside out. A complete disaster i can name it.
While Last years cake was amazing.
I was shocked when i recived it ....a total disappointment.
In addition to the ugly cupcakes which were like homemade cupcakes
Zero presentation with so high price.
Came in a simple ugly baking cup ...the normal transparent baking cups.
They looked like as if they were made by school kids in grade 5 cooking class.
I had to bring another cups to cover them .
Im sure the chef who made my daughters 4th birthday cake is not the same who made her 5th birthday cake this year.
I really regret it.
And lost my 1,600dhs and our joy on our special occasion.

They are not well known coffee shop yet but they have really good place to enjoy and relax, plus the food is really nice with fair price. I have enjoyed my stay in their bin sougat center shop thanks

Fast delivery and the food was fresh and tasty. I have visited the place also, its very posh and elegant place to dine or have a traditional breakfast. Breads and pastries are amazing. Love this place

The taste is awesome but it's only if your feeling a little posh but otherwise it's amazing, the cafe has a nice feel to it and it's a quite place
