Ms. Heba Abdallah did my work at this services centre. She is very nice, polite and very co-operative. Her work is very smooth. She did my work and still doing very sincerely. I am very happy with her work.

“Most of your staffs are new so they dont know what customer want. Second thing taking too much time to clear one customer. Pls advise your staff duty time dont use mobile . I notice that Customers are standing long hour’s without any time limit.”????????

Ms khulood is very helpful and efficient in her job. She is extremely very patient n always smiling

The have a very bad service. Try and contact them. They don’t want to pick up the phones. And direct you to the whatspp which can go for days and you will not get any answer. Am surprised the government have tied up with RAALC for Dubai Courts services. RAALC are not doing justice to serving individuals. Still waiting for a week and not being served.

I was coming to office for few times but I just want to thanks Ms Maryam Ragam very helpful she is very understanding i would like to adress to RAALC plz bring such kind of people who are helpful and understanding and know exactly what your clients need. Maryam Ragam was an amazing clerk, she collected all my information, she was very understanding and communicative with me through out my hardest timing of me processing of my divorce. She is very skilled and listens very will. She treated me like one of her own family members. I wish their are more like her in the work place. May God bless your heart ❤️. Madam Maryam was exceptionally professional. She made me feel comfortable even during our initial encounter. She guided me through the whole process and was kind enough to accommodate all my concerns. It was a very emotional experience for me and honestly couldn’t have achieved the results without her help. Right next to the entrance, but be careful. You see some people hovering, waiting to try break into your car so dont leave valuables inside.

Car window was smashed and empty shopping bag stolen. A few dubious comings and goings while waiting for the recovery vehicle - felt really uneasy. Car park is badly lit, you would feel vulnerable on your own.

Not a safe car park. Went for a walk on Sunday for an hour. Came back to my car and found one of the windows smashed and my laptop that was kept under the seat was stolen. The CCTV camera at the entrance is useless and won’t deter criminals.
Park somewhere else or risk getting your car smashed and robbed!

Don't park here unless you have change in the shape of coins for the machine! It does NOT accept credit cards and getting paid parking on the app is impossible, it doesn't accept the code it sends you and drives you mad! I gave up & ended up getting a £30 fine for my trouble! Won't be returning!!!

Take plenty of change with you as it doesn't accept cards and the phone in asks you for your PIN number .Nuts!! we were lucky with only £2.40 to our name after scrabbling in the car two nice ladies gave us a pound each. £4.40 for two hours

Decent car park, though come prepared, as it's pay-by-phone only. Right next to one of the entrances.
