Order arrived after 50 mins instead of 30 to 40. And worst case wrong crust. Normal instead of thin. On calling back am told I never mentioned thin. I repeated my order 4 times to 2 different people. Pathetic service

Worst arrogant customer service.

Ordered food in talabat, waited 90 minutes, followed up, and they told talabat they’re canceling our order. No apology, no compensation, no anything but cold treatment.

In total I wasted 2 hrs for their arrogance.

the management is but a liability. if you see google, all the reviews are same issues.

I ordered online and the order is done successfully they cut the money from me , I waited for 45 minutes and nothing arrived,I called the branch I ordered from they said I'm out of the delivery area!! And I need to order and repay again to get my pizza today and they will refund me in I don't know how many days!! That's the worst delivery order I did in my life

They have good starters and chicken tikka pizza and paneer tikka pizza both were delicious and affordable also
