Absolute worst service ever. They make false promises to complete the task on a certain date then don´t keep their promise. When following up they have no excuse for their delay and don´t seem to have a clue as to when the frames will actually be ready for collection. They promise to call back, but never do. Lastly, the frames received had stains, were discolored and were not even the same style as I had ordered and paid for. Save yourself the pain and choose a more professional framer.

Great place to get your memoirs or artworks framed. They have many options that you could choose from, and in addition, the service team is fantastic!

Kindly update your opening hours EVERYWHERE, I came at 9.10am to your shop, and was calling the staff as well, was waiting till 9.36 no one didn’t show

I was pleasantly surprised and overwhelmed with gratitude as to how quick I got my order done even though it was quite complex. I needed a frame for my husband for our anniversary, and I had only today to get it done, since my anniversary is Saturday. Thanks to the Jumeirah branch this was made possible. I would like to thank especially wasim, who did an exceptional job, very professional with an amazing work ethic. Thank you for everything and hope to order something new very soon... ????????????

Good value local framing service. They made me a custom mount very quickly. I have also had prints framed here and have been very happy with the quality and speed. Would recommend. Thanks

Optimum customer service! Last minute request was recieved and delivered perfectly! i would strongly recommend Warda as the go to place for the most difficult requests! they deliver on time. Waseem and team are doing a great job! thank you

I reached out to Alwarda to enquire about some custom made frames, and got in touch with Wasim. He had told me that the delivery time was approx. 3-4 days, and when I finally decided what I wanted, I sent him my order on WhatsApp to which he replied and confirmed. He then disappeared for 4 days and when I got in touch with him to follow up, he told me he had "been away for work" and I find out that my order was never processed. He then blames me and tells me that I didn't request an invoice and didn't make the payment, which I was never requested upfront. I'm really disappointed with the service at this point and ask him to process my order with payment on delivery, and he tells me that he'll check with his boss and get back to me. The next day, I still haven't heard back, so I message him twice to follow up, but he never replies. Extremely unprofessional and rude service, would not recommend this place to anyone.

Had a really bad experience. They do not deliver on the promised date. I was then asked to go visit the workshop if it was required on the same day. When I said I will go to the workshop, the guy at reception tells me that he needs to get permissions. It was such a waste of time! Hence the 1 star. I suggest to go better places like Ramesh Art Gallery in D3 Dubai.
