At the beginning the environment is so bad to degree that push me to talk to their manager no customer but me and to much shouting and arguing in the kitchen..... The food was delicious till I find a hair inside the dough (pictured attached).... The only thing they offer is to replace it I accepted since this is the only option I got but the truth is my tummy get irritated every time I think about it .... Papers all around the floor no body care to clean.... No free parking .... I was holding an idea that dominos as a brand better than the other brands ..I start to doubt this

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent order I placed at your Dubai Silicon store. As a loyal customer who has ordered from your establishment multiple times, I am truly disappointed by the abysmal quality of the two cheese burst pizzas I received. The experience was nothing short of a culinary disaster.

First and foremost, both pizzas arrived at my doorstep in a state of unacceptably cold temperatures. I understand that delivery can sometimes impact the overall warmth of the food, but this was beyond unacceptable. It seemed as if the pizzas had been neglected for an extended period before reaching me.

To my dismay, the dough on both pizzas was severely undercooked. I am accustomed to the delightful texture and taste of a perfectly baked pizza crust, but what I received resembled nothing more than a dense, unappetizing mass of uncooked dough. It was as if the pizzas were hastily thrown together and completely disregarded in terms of quality control.

Now, let's talk about the supposed "cheese burst" element of my order. I was flabbergasted to discover that there was an alarming absence of cheese in both pizzas. The term "cheese burst" implies an indulgent explosion of gooey, melted cheese, but instead, I was met with a barren wasteland of sauce and a meager sprinkle of cheese. It was an insult to the very essence of a cheese burst pizza.

Considering the consistently satisfactory experiences I've had at your Dubai Silicon store in the past, this recent encounter has left me utterly disillusioned. I had come to expect a certain level of quality and taste from Domino's, but this order has shattered my confidence in your establishment.

I kindly request a refund for my order, as it failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I sincerely hope that you take my feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to rectify the glaring issues with your pizzas. As a loyal customer, I genuinely believe that your brand has the potential to deliver exceptional experiences, but this particular instance fell catastrophically short.

One of the worst takeaway restaurants. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL:

I ordered pizza through Talabat, they received the order and did nothing!! Their excuse is a technical glitch. They didn’t even bother to call me. I called their operator on 600541111 and waited for nearly 10 minutes but no answer!!!
I had to visit the place to cancel the order after an hour and a half waiting. Still I could see my order shown on their screen.
Bravo ???????????????? they repeated the same nonsense twice!!
They don’t even deserve a single star!

Terrible....
I ordered non spicy pizza from the store which is in a 5 minutes distance from my mom place, after 9 calls and one hour of arguments, they delivered the very spicy pizza i do not wantabd that i did not order. The answer was you never open the door though i was waiting for it. Un qualified peopke registered tge phone number wrong. Un qualufird people argued instead of apologizing. I payed a delivery fees for one hour service late.

Great selections of Pizza. Choco lava is the best dessert in town. Starters are ok, if they can include salad like pizza hut, it will be aewsome. Well lighted atmosphere, open kitchen to see pizza making, seating areas cramped, no washroom. From Order to delivery, the screen shows the countdown of preparation.

Better pizza than most of the pizzeria chains. Works with Entertainer but not with Zomato Gold. We utilized the Zomato 50% offer via app and got it delivered. The review is based on the offer price. The delivery was quick and food hot.

In Pizzas we took Hot Extravaganza(Cheese Burst), Kickers Pizza(Thin Crust), Memphis BBQ(Thin Crust) and Greek Pizza(Thin Crust). Along with that we took Chicken Wings with BBQ sauce and Bread Sticks.

Didn’t like it at all, I requested two large pIzza special with Mozzarella cheese let me say that pizza was out of Mozzarella and ads was salty cause of no cheese. Unfortunately this is second time trying Domino’s silicon and facing same issue. So will not try it back again.

We had a great time with 16 kids from GEMS school.. the staff is so friendly and professional, the kids enjoyed the experience and the tasty pizze they prepared!
