Overall Good Brand. But the attitudes of the employees needs to be changed. Especially the ones at the driver's seat.

Unfortunately, I bought the 'offer' suits, 2 for 1400/- on 22nd October 2016 and after 1st wear, one of the suits started bobbling (without wash- just after wear). I went to the outlet and raised my concern. The Store Manager conveyed his message through the receptionist that he will revert to me on the phone. Very Rude. I patiently, walked out of the outlet and waited for the Store Manager's call. It was the National Day weekend and I never heard back from him ever. In dismay, I tried calling again at the outlet but the receptionist replied that the Store Manager is busy and he will call back (I heard him tell the receptionist say that). That was 4th December and today...I called the outlet several times but did receive a single call from their side. It is not just disheartening but rude. An example of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's not just about selling some suits but building a brand.
BAD CONSUMER SERVICE. RUDE STORE MANAGER. ZERO PROBLEM SOLVING.
